Cancellation Policy

Early Cancellation (Before Packaging Begins)

Customers may cancel their order before the packaging process starts. In such cases, 95% of the total amount will be refunded, with a 5% deduction to cover payment gateway or administrative fees.

Post Packaging Cancellation

If the order is cancelled after packaging but before dispatch, 90% of the total amount will be refunded. The deduction accounts for material handling and packaging expenses.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cancelled after dispatch but before delivery will be eligible for a 60% refund. The deduction covers logistics, packing, and related processing charges.

Cancellation at the Time of Delivery (Upon Arrival)

If the customer chooses to cancel the order upon delivery, a 50% refund will be processed after the product is returned in its original condition. Reverse logistics costs may apply.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or defective items.

  • Customers must submit clear photographic and video evidence of the product immediately upon delivery.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Return Procedure

  • Once approved, the item must be securely packed and returned to our designated return address.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless the item was sent in error or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned product and verifying its condition.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with provisions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, ensuring fair business practices and protection of customer interests.
